Just spun up a cgit server to self-host my repos again.    https://code.webb.page

The last time I did this was probably close to a decade ago and I was frustrated with the limitations. This time, I'm fine with it. And, I needed to get away from my need to have something built by me before moving off a platform. For instance, I have my own git forge concept called, "EOL" (End of Line), but I'm nowhere near building it and I wanted to start moving my code off Github.
